[ PROFESSIONS ]




[ FATHER AND MOTHER ZODIACS ]


The Father and Mother Zodiacs have been around long before anyone can remember to count, and are the ones who granted Felines the blessing of their Power from the Stars and Signs. These Zodiacs are the true embodiment and things of their own-- the Ram, Bull, Twins, Crab, Lion, Maiden, Scales, Scorpion, Centaur, Goat, Water, and Fish-- yet have chosen to leave their physical bodies and the world they created to reside in the stars, after the betrayal from the Snake Zodiac, which left him cast from the Stars forever. Despite their distrusting manner, which makes them reluctant to truly help the only blessed animals they left, in the greatest time of need these Father and Mother Zodiacs are always there and will always be thanked and praised.




[ CHIEFS ]


Chiefs lead their own signs and work together with the other Chiefs in an Alliance to make decisions for the whole Alliance. Chiefs are the general leaders. It is a common myth that these cats grant eight more lives, but this myth is far from the truth. Each Chief only has one.

Chieftains may have a maximum of 20 / 30 stat-blocks filled.




[ MEDICS ]


Medics are the basic brain of the Groups, besides the Chiefs. With Medics, you find knowledge, compassion, and a tenacity for work that no other cat can match. Medics have to memorize the herbs found only in their territory or the land that is neutral to the rest of the Groups, and while they are not bound to their Zodiacs by Faith or Religion, they are the ones to come to for stories about them, or for advice. Medics are born without a Star Sign, and do not have a power given by the Stars, other than their knowledge.

Medics may have a maximum of 15 / 30 stat-blocks filled.


[ KNIGHTS ]


Knights are the cats that each Group trusts in the most. While the Stalkers provide food and information for their groups, the knights are the fighters and defenders of their camps and Zodiac. Most Knights are prideful to have earned such a rank, and they have every right to be; because in the Knights each cats holds faith and hope. The Knights are the muscle of each Group.

-- We can’t have any skinny or extremely thin Knights. They wouldn’t be able to do their job properly then. Most Knights are well trained and muscled, because of the physical and demanding requirements of their work.

To become a knight a cat must be a spiritually powered cat. Using the elemental side of powers that he or she was blessed by, it makes a cat a more dangerous fighter. We will not accepted physically powered cats as Knights.

Knights may have a maximum of 15 / 30 stat blocks filled.


[ STALKERS ]


Stalkers are the providers of the group. They know the best places to hunt, and are the best at doing so. They’re cunning, sly, and patient (for the most part)-- as their job calls for it, and the hardest working out of the group, because the Group relies on them for nourishment and strength. If need be, they can also gather herbs and other resources.

-- Most Stalkers are slender yet slightly muscled-- in contradiction to their Knight counterparts. They need to have a more thin-framed body to be more agile in chase after prey, or squeezing into smaller places where food could be hiding. This is also because their job requires them to run a lot, or climb into trees, and a hefty cat like Knights can sometimes be wouldn’t be able to do so.

All Stalkers are physically powered. Their abilities make them master hunters, and help them get out of a tough spot easily. We will not accept spiritually powered Stalkers.

Stalkers may have a maximum of 15 / 30 stat blocks filled.


[ NOVICES ]


Novice are Knights, Medics, and Stalkers in training. They’re still learning and young, so not expected to be perfect, though they should, however, match the physical description required of them. What profession they are to become is determined by what power they are. Physically powered cats are trained to be stalkers, spiritually powered cats are trained to be Knights, and cats born without powers are trained to be medics.

Novices may have a maximum of 10 / 30 stat blocks filled.

[ AGING ]




The usual ages and basic stages of a cat's life are listed below.

[ KIT ]
0 – 6 moons

When a kit is first born, they will spend up to the first 6 moons in their Mother's alliance, no matter what their crest is, learning the basics of the Zodiacs and their way of Life. A kit will develop their crest over time, it slowly fading into their fur and only completing when the Zodiacs judge they have learnt all they needed to know to move on.

[ NOVICE ]
6moons – 1 star cycle (traditionally)

When a kit has fully received their crest, they must be taken to their new Alliance if their Zodiac resides outside their current one. They will be escorted by their current Chief or Sacred one to their new home, and introduced to their head of command. They will then be left in their new home to fare by themselves, and in a couple days of arriving, will find themselves already starting their training for their chosen profession, assigned to a teacher who will be allocated to help them in their path to master the profession. Their profession is determined by their power, or lack of power.
However if the kit started with no crest, then their future will be discussed between the Sacred one and oldest medic of their birth alliance. A cat will travel between the two remaining alliances to see how each other is doing on the number of Medics and also the age of those medics, so that a balanced amount remains between the three Alliances. The Medic of their birth tribe will then take them to the place where they are most needed, and put under the care of the medics there, to learn and train hard in the path of no Zodiac.

[ PRIME ]
1 star cycle +

After 6 moons of training, the cat, once deemed by their Chief/Sacred One and mentor, will be titled as a Prime. In other words they have reached adulthood and usually Mastered their profession. However it is known for cats to train longer then this period if they missed serious training or have fallen behind due to some reason such as injury. That is not to say the cat has learnt all they need to know, and will ultimately spend the next star cycles learning their path and following their future as they see fit.








[ KITS ]




When a mated couple decides they want kits, they must note the group with the following information.

Any Requests: [would you like an Aries kits, all girls, etc? We CANNOT make any promises, but if we have too many female cats and you request at least one boy cat, we may change the dice numbers so the chance of getting a boy is higher. Asking DOES NOT ensure this will happen. We will look at the numbers and see if it is possible.]

[For obvious reasons, only a tom and she-cat couple can have kits. This does not mean we do not allow she-cat / she-cat or tomcat / tomcat couples, they are allowed.]

Using this dice www.bgfl.org/bgfl/custom/resou… we will determine how many kits, genders, signs, and powers.

First, we will roll the one to six die to determine how many kits a cat has.

Example:

We rolled for Rhonda's a Fengo's kits, and got 4, leaving four spots open for kits.

Next, we will roll the six sided die four times to determine what gender each of these kittens are. Numbers 1-3 are female, and numbers 4-6 are male. If there are too many males or too many females we may alter this number to try and balance the genders [Example: changing it to 1-2 for female and 3-6 being male].

Example:

We rolled the die and got 5, 1, 2, 3. That means we have Male, female, Female, and female. We put them down in the order they are rolled;

1. Male (5)
2. Female (1)
3. Female (2)
4. Female (3)


Next, we will roll a 13 sided die to determine the sign. The 13 sided die is made using this site dice.virtuworld.net/?sides=13 because the other site does not have a 13 sided dice. Although the parents requested for an Aquarius kit, as of now, the signs are balanced, and we cannot change the roll so that the chances of getting Aries are higher. The signs are listed as follows;
1-Aquarius
2-Pisces
3-Aries
4-Taurus
5-Gemini
6-Cancer
7-Leo
8-Virgo
9-Libra
10-Scorpio
11-Sagittarius
12-Capricorn
13-Signless

Example:

We rolled for the signs, and got 10, 6, 13, 9. Again, we fill them in the order they were rolled.

Therefor;

1. Male (5) - Scorpio (10)
2. Female (1) - Cancer (6)
3. Female (2) - Signless (13)
4. Female (3) - Libra (9)


Next, we roll to determine what power branch they will get. Now, because we have a Signless cat, all info has been determined for them and we will skip their roll, and will be only rolling three times now. We go back to using the six sided die here. 1-3 become a cat with a physical power branch, and 4-6 become a cat with the spiritual power branch.

Example:

We rolled for the powers, and got 5, 3, SKIP, 3. Therefor we have a Spiritual, Physical, NA, Physical Again, we fill them in the order they were rolled.

Therefor;

1. Male (5) - Scorpio (10) - Spiritual (5)
2. Female (1) - Cancer (6) - Physical (3)
3. Female (2) - Signless (13) -  NA
4. Female (3) - Libra (9) - Physical (3)


And last but not least, we determine what power number they are. Each power has a number, [1-3]. 1-2 will represent power number 1, 3-4 will represent power number 2, and 5-6 will represent power 3.

Example:

We rolled for power numbers, and got 6, 3, SKIP, 1. There for we have a power 3, 2, NA, 1.

Therefor;

1. Male (5) - Scorpio (10) - Spiritual (5) - 3 (6)
2. Female (1) - Cancer (6) - Physical (3) - 2 (3)
3. Female (2) - Signless (13) -  NA - NA
4. Female (3) - Libra (9) - Physical (3) - 1 (1)


In the case that a signless cat is rolled, we will look to see what signs are in need of a medic, and will tell you via note which signs your signless cat can be in. You may choose from any of them, but must let us know ASAP which sign they are in. Once we are done rolling we will reply to your note with your results. For Rhonda and Fengo, the results would look like this;

1. Male (5) - Scorpio (10) - Spiritual (5) - 3 (6)
2. Female (1) - Cancer (6) - Physical (3) - 2 (3)
3. Female (2) - Signless (13) -  NA - NA
4. Female (3) - Libra (9) - Physical (3) - 1 (1)


For your number two kitten, we have gone over the signs and decided that your kitten, one he/she reaches an age of six moons, can go into either Cancer, Libra, Scorpio, or Aries. Please let us know ASAP which sign you would like your medic to go into.

Pregnancy must last two weeks. In those weeks, it is up to the parents to find role player for their kits. Parents may roleplay ONE of their kittens. (One kit per parent). Adoptions may be set up, parents may ask people to roleplay kits, etc. However you want to distribute kits is up to you as long as the role players have their finished applications that meet requirements up by the time of birth. Some sort of submission must be posted to the gallery before the birth can be acknowledged. (Roleplay, art, etc).

In the case of a medic, please put your cat on the sign they will be going into. (Ex: the Rhonda Fengo couple decide to have their kit go into Scorpio. They fill out the medic application on the Scorpio sheet).
